Fantastic Alarm System, Amazing Customer Service! After a lot of research into security alarm for my new build home I came across Client Secure UK. I Had my security alarm fitted by John the day after picking up my keys to my new build house.He has given me the best customer service and support from start to finish.Ensuring I was happy with the alarm that I was getting fitted and correct design for my house.Always making sure I was happy with the level of service and that everything was completely genuine and sent me over loads of information about the system.On the Day, John arrived on time, went through where the alarm was to be fitted and throughout the install spoke about the systems specs and capabilities and answered all my questions.Very friendly genuine guy, very chatty and polite and made me feel at ease about the system.Was very helpful showing me how to use it once the Install was completed and made sure that I felt comfortable that there is ongoing support after the install.Would highly recommend.Fantastic alarm system. Professional replies quickly and accommodates times to suit clients. I would of saved myself a lot of time money and stress if I had known about this company ! Will definite use in future , no mess no fuss. After my previous experience of alternative I was dubious as last company was never reliable , cutting and taping up wires , leaking camera in the rain , constantly breaking and was more stressful than not having a camera. John completed an amazing job at my home today and I would and will definitely be recommending him and his services 100% to all family, friends and neighbour’s. John installed my wireless pyronix alarm system consisting off door contacts sensors and a bell box. All of which can be controlled from an app. John is a top guy and he showed me how the whole system works and came and fitted very short notice. I'm really highly satisfied with the speedy reliable response to what was a worrying issue, which when in attendance the client secure U. K. Engineer was able to quickly diagnose the problem an fix it without the need for any expensive parts.. which was a great relief. Just goes to show knowledge an equipment is the key. I first used Client Secure when they were referred to me 2 years ago by a family member, they did the security, CCTV on my first business premises. I then re-booked them after recently moving to new premises and they have done all the security, CCTV on my Maternity Centre and at my home!!!! Cameras are crystal clear in both day light and during the night.

Mobile phone alerts scheduled for the quiet hours whether I'm at home or abroad.

The installation is absolutely amazing, with hardly any cables showing... a real delight to deal with. They recommended installation ideas that I had never even thought about!

Several years ago I had a house alarm fitted by John. It is an excellent system and John is a very knowledgeable engineer. He helped us get the correct system for us (pet friendly), as the previous system we had kept going off when the cats were going in and out and jumping on furniture. The system is “wire free” so no messy wires everywhere, and no matter how agile the cats are they don’t set off the system. John is only a phone call away, thankfully, for when we mess things up, or batteries need changing. John has always attended on the day, when we have needed him, or talked us through what to do over the phone, when there have been little issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending John for his products, skills, honesty and helpfulness. Definitely a 5* product and service.
