A key snapped off in our back door lock and when I rang at 9.30 pm, Lee informed me that Gareth would turn up at 1pm the following day. He arrived earlier. Sorted out the issue and the cause of the lock snapping. Then he sorted out another issue with the front door which he wasn't expecting to do. I decided to invest in the anti-snap locks by Ultion. Having seen the results of a burglary as a child, I now take home safety seriously at my own house. I contacted Lee for advice and help. Lee was friendly/helpful and was more than wiling to visit me at a time convenient for me. Lee’s advice was second to none and he quickly upgraded my cylinder locks to anti-snap locks by Ultion which he advised were be best on the market currently. Lee is a truly fantastic professional and a great bloke. We called a locksmith as front door was jammed shut. The first guy who came said the door was impossible to fix and they’d have to break the door down. We then found Lee. He did a fab job and unlocked the impossible door with zero damage. He has now put in the best locks which are guaranteed in for our doors all around the house not just the front door. Can’t put a price on family’s security. Would highly recommend Lee.
