Q&As

The most enjoyable benefit is that 2 days are never the same.

When employed for a local letting agency, all of a sudden I was made redundant so I decided to never put myself in that position again.

Clements Hill should be chosen because we like to keep everything meticulous and simple. As said in the description, there is no jargon and our reports will be back with you within 48 hours.

Services

It will contain photographs and detailed information about a Landlords property, including the décor, fixtures and fittings, all contents, the garden and any outbuildings. At the end of each tenancy this detailed document enables accurate assessments to be made about damage and cleaning issues chargeable to the tenant.

Our professionally trained clerks will take photographs and fully detail the condition of the fixtures, fittings and furnishing on the day the tenancy starts. The Check-In Report will include a schedule of condition that provides the Landlord with a general overview of the property i.e. cleanliness, decorative condition etc.

Routine inspections should be undertaken at various intervals during the length of a tenancy. This is just to ensure that the property is being cared for and that there are no major maintenance or health & safety issues.

At the Check-Out, if the property is found to be in a bad condition (i.e., extremely dirty, fixtures and fittings damaged beyond fair wear and tear, items missing etc.) the Landlord should obtain quotes to have any outstanding issues resolved to make the property habitable for the new incoming tenants.
