What do you love most about your job?
Working with high growth businesses and their owners/leaders is incredibly invigorating. Helping clients overcome some of the significant challenges of growing at pace by using tried and tested tools and techniques is very rewarding and the wide range of businesses and their problems makes every engagement different.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The challenges of working in the leadership team of an SME are great, but working as a consultant with several SMEs is even better. The key issue is being able to focus on strategic issues rather than day-to-day routine - and that is good for clients too.
Why should our clients choose you?
Many consultants who support high-growth businesses focus on access to funds and markets.
