Aryandra and Irene did a very thorough job in our house, which we are preparing for sale. The floors had just been refinished, so there was fine wood dust on all surfaces, and the bathrooms and kitchen (including the oven) needed deep cleaning. We were preparing our house for sale, and needed a cleaning done on short notice. Scheduling was very easy, even though we had to change the appointment several times when other work in the house was delayed. Luana does an excellent job, is on-time and has great communication skills. Cleanzen offers a competitive price, a bit higher than the service I used before, but the extra few $ is worth it. We called Clean Zen to provide an estimate to provide biweekly cleaning after our regular cleaning lady disappeared. Rather than trying to find another person we hesitantly decided to use a company. Clean Zen came recommended and the online reviews looked great. Clean Zen had Luana provide our initial cleaning. They actively communicated on Luana’s arrival time - which helped a ton coordinating our morning schedule. Luana arrived on time and could not have nicer. First impressions mean a lot. We briefly showed her around the house and she jumped right in to start dusting and cleaning. Upon arriving back home, Luana had clearly done an excellent job cleaning. We were very hesitant to book a cleaning service based on poor experiences in the past (through other service providers) but based on the reviews for Cleanzen, we thought it was worth taking the chance. We were definitely correct - they made it incredibly easy to call up and get a quote based on exactly what we were looking for (house size, windows, fridge, etc.). Silvia reached out to me two days before the scheduled cleaning to make sure the timing was still okay for us, and offered to come later if we preferred. She arrived on time (and had texted me that morning too, to let me know her exact arrival time), and with all of the cleaning supplies. She spent about 5-6 hours in our apartment, and when we arrived home, it was SPOTLESS. She was friendly, efficient, and VERY good at her job - definitely make sure to ask Cleanzen if you can request Silvia, you will not regret it! More...

I would highly recommend Cleanzen, especially Silvia! Silvia just spent four hours cleaning out apartment and she did a spectacular job. Not only that, she was SUPER friendly and kind. Our building is an older one and she miraculously got some long-time stains out of our tub. Neile Freitas and her team have been cleaning my apartment biweekly for a couple of months now. They do an incredible job every time. They usually arrive in a team of 3 and have my >1000 sq ft place sparkling in less than an hour. They have also been receptive to feedback. Cleanzen did an excellent job cleaning our 1 bedroom apartment after we moved out. It was extremely messy, and needed lots of extra TLC, as the floors were covered in 9 years of dirt, grime, and unreachable dust. The entire house was left spotless, the floors gleaming. It was very easy to contact, schedule and work with Cleanzen. They will notify you if your price estimate is going to change, and ask for your permission if more time is needed. Their detail work is excellent - and I reccomednd the add on package for the stove, cabinets, and fridge (worth the extra $). I found their pricing very reasonable. Alyondra and her colleague did a beautiful job cleaning our one bedroom. We needed a deep spring clean. She moved all the furniture and rugs, washed all the floors, washed the blinds and windows, inside the fridge, and on top of that I have never seen the tub so white! Truly appreciate the help.

Cleanzen showed up right on time and immediately got to work! The three girls were all very nice and professional. The entire time they were in my home they were focused on getting the job done. I chose to stay while they cleaned, just for comfort reasons as it was the first time using Cleanzen and the girls were very accommodating. As a former owner of a cleaning company myself, I have never hired a cleaner for my own home because I'm extremely specific. But my situation has changed and I could no longer keep up so I hired Cleanzen based on their reviews and prices and they did not disappoint. They sent Ayandra and her team. She communicated via text to give me her ETA and let me know she was running a little late due to traffic which I understand and appreciate. Upon arriving I was nervous because we didn't really talk about what I expected but when they leftI noticed all the little details she did: dishes, appliances, moldings, under the couch; etc. My dogs were barking when the vacuum cleaner was on and they both didn't seem to mind which is awesome because I know it can get annoying! They do an excellent job and they are *so* fast. Their customer service is fantastic and easy to communicate with. We have had issues in the past with cleaners being rough on our appliances, and zero problems with Cleanzen. They are on the pricier side, but genuinely worth it. I have been using CleanZen for a year now and I have almost always been extremely satisfied with their work. To give some context, they clean  my entire home (multiple bedrooms, multiple baths, with a large kitchen and living area). Antonia's team has done all but one of my cleanings. Simply put, they are amazing. They always exceed my expectations and go above and beyond! They are also fast, efficient and dedicated to doing a good job. I also feel like I can trust them completely. Whenever I was not satisfied with a particular area, all I had to do was talk to them and they would rectify it right away. Yes, they are a bit expensive but for me it is completely worth the money. honestly for all the hard work they put in and the trust that I have in them, I don't hesitate at their charge.I would absolutely recommend their services to other people.The only time I was not satisfied was when Antonia's team was not available but perhaps I was just so used to having it done a certain way, there was no way another team would make me happy.
