It took a while for my cleaner Sarah to start but she came this Friday and I was very pleased with her She is due again this Friday as that is her best day but I had asked for NOT Fridays or Tuesdays but no matter I’m Sarah and myself will be able to work out a suitable compromise

Ignore my previous 1 star!! This company replied to my query promptly with a full explanation of services and cost. I had a cleaner started the following week and she is excellent. 5 STARS!

Cleanhome UK have been in business for over 15 years.
My name is Harriet and I am the Cleanhome Canterbury franchise.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
The majority of our customers provide their own equipment and cleaning materials.
There are a few good reasons for this: It stops cross contamination from one house to another e.g. pet hairs on vacuum cleaner brushes. Some clients prefer a certain fragrance from products.
Most clients know what works well in their homes and prefer to use a certain brand of products.
Products and equipment provided by clients will be included in our £2M liability insurance which is attached to every client's household.
What do you love most about your job?
I personally visit every client to establish their requirements and cleaners are interviewed in their own homes.
After the first clean I always call the client and am so delighted to hear when I have matched them well and the client is satisfied with the service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The independence to run my own business and to offer great customer care.

I personally make sure that all areas of customer care are taken care of.
