Hi Hannah I'm sorry you werent happy with the clean. We emptied your section of gutter by vaccing and checked the downpipe for flow however your neighbours sections were still filled with moss as shown and described to you. I would be more than happy to assist if there is an existing problem not solved by the clean hiwever we offered a cleaning service which to the best of my knowledge we carried out. You havn't contacted me to let me know otherwise. I'm disappointed that your disappointed 😒
