Got my roof cleaned by this company and it was a drama. Their customer service is atrocious. It took them an age to respond to me and they turned up when they wanted, which was not necessarily suitable for me. They never actually bothered to arrange a convenient date to clean the gutters after a roof clean. I lost patience with them and told them just to leave it. I am still awaiting a response. Above all, whilst my roof has less moss on it, it still looks dirty. I feel I have wasted several hundred pounds and i am looking to get a proper company to clean my roof this year. Rubbish. More...
