Absolutely terrible encounter with Clean2Shine. The machine dripped dirty water all over my living room carpet and the smart man left it like that! I got back from work to find the carpet in a state. Horrific behaviour! I called the company and was asked to send pictures via email which I did, no one bothered to apologise or even respond to my messages. Would never ever recommend such a company.
