How long have you been in business?
We were established in 2017. Since then, we have cleaned over 100s homes using eco-friendly cleaning products.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Upon request, we clean our clients' homes using our eco-friendly cleaning products.
Detergents: We will use our eco-friendly cleaning products for the first session, after £2/hour if requested.
Multi-surface Cleaner (Kitchen/Bathroom/Window/Glass)

Limescale Remover
Toilet Cleaner
Floor Cleaner
Washing-up liquid
Equipment: Customer needs to provide these types of equipment to the Cleaner at all times.
1 Vacuum cleaner
1 Mop with a bucket
4 Cleaning Cloths (microfiber)
1 Broom with a dustpan
1 Package of floor wipes
2 Scratch-free sponges
1 Feather duster
1 Portable ladder
Bin bags
Further cleaning supplies are required from the customers for additional cleaning services upon request, such as:
Oven cleaning: Oven cleaner, sponge.
Laundry: Laundry detergent, Fabric Conditioner
Ironing: Iron, ironing desk, ironing water

What is included:
Use of our eco-friendly cleaning detergents for the first cleaning session (thereafter additional £2/hour if requested)
Professionally clean bedrooms, bathrooms/kitchen/lounge/hallway areas
Dust and polish all surfaces
Mop and sanitise floor
Clean appliances – oven, microwave, fridge/freezer (if requested)
Wash, iron and organise clothes and linen in wardrobes (if requested)
If needed, we provide the same Cleaner for the same time of the week. We arrange replacement, if your Cleaner is sick or on holiday.
One-off cleaning / Spring Cleaning services
One-off charge - £17/hour

Are you preparing your home for holidays or celebrations?
What is included:
Use of our eco-friendly cleaning detergents for free of charge (usually it costs £2/hour).
Clean Natural‘s one off cleaning services are recommended for all customers who want to use a cleaning service irregularly. Additionally, washing and ironing services can be requested as part of the one-off cleaning.
A minimum of 3 hours/one-off cleaning session needs to be booked.
Book Natural Clean for your one-off cleaning. We are flexible with the date and time to suit your needs. Please contact us to book your one-off cleaning session.
Express / After party / Night Cleaning services
One-off Charge - £19/hour
Do you need help with cleaning after a large party?
Do you need a cleaner within 24 hours?
What is included:
Use of our eco-friendly cleaning detergents for free of charge (usually it costs £2/hour extra).
Express cleaning / After party cleaning service is recommended for all customers who need a one-off cleaning service urgently within 24 hours after contacting us. We try to allocate a cleaner on the same day or the next day if possible.
You need cleaning services between 11 p.m and 7 a.m. (subject to living in a detached house not disturbing neighbors)
These services are not always available, please, contact us for checking availability.
A minimum of 3 hours cleaning session needs to be booked.
