I would say when you get a cleaner to be clear what your expectations are & what you want done. I find it easy to email Lidice if I want something particular done & this is passed on. How long have you been in business?
I started the company in March 2018 and have grown a lot since then.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we provide equipment and products. We are currently also disinfecting high touched areas with a product that is proven to kill SARS COV 2.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy with their homes. It is great to see the result of your job as well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My best friend needed a job and didn't speak much English but she was a great cleaner and had some clients. So I decided to help her out creating ads, and looking for clients and ended up creating my own cleaning company.
Why should our clients choose you?
My aim is to make my clients happy. With a background in customer service my reputation is all I have, so I ensure the work is done to a high standard following all health and safety guidance for both my clients and staff to be safe.
