Disappointed let down on several occasions

Hello, thank you for your comments. Unfortunately during the Covid outbreak and with yourself being in the vulnerable category, we felt it best to protect your well-being and had to cancel one of your cleans due to taking a Covid test. Thankfully it was negative. The second cancellation was due to car breakdown, completely out of our control and due to the short notice were unable to offer a replacement.

How long have you been in business?
I have been professionally cleaning for four years as Clean & Tidy, but have cleaned beforehand.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We prefer to use our clients Cleaning products, especially nowadays to reduce cross contamination. We have found in the past that our clients have preferred to have their own products used due to allergies.
We can provide our own, especially for End of Tenancy Cleans.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and then growing a really good friendship with them. We all like to feel like we are part of a family. We all love to clean too.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked alone since 2001. As a shepherd, a driving instructor and a childminder. Each job was very fulfilling and enjoyable. I live to clean and started with a national company. I couldn't get the hours I needed so I advised and the work came in.
