We are an external cleaning business setup during COVID, to service the local community.
We carry out pure water window cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning, pressure washing and roof cleaning as our main services.

I like food... :-)
Seriously though the first job I had was helping a family friend with his window cleaning round. The joy he had in doing a quality job and his calm, relaxed attitude to life and friendliness to people had a large impact on me.
After many years in the commercial world working for various contracting and engineering companies, I decided to take the plunge and setup my own business.
I'm loving it! I thoroughly appreciate the people I'm meeting and customers I'm gaining and helping out along the way.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use online payments generally, unless a customer specifically requests something different.
We notify and remind customers the evening before that we are planning to attend their property and list the services that we are booked to carry out. This ensures access to all the property is available and the windows etc are closed during cleaning and minimises required in person interactions.
Window Cleaning
We use pure water and traditional window cleaning methods to clean our customers windows.
Currently we are setup to clean ground floor, first floor and second floor windows.
We select the best method based on access available, and clean the glass, frames and doors every time we attend. We have a no streak guarantee, if it streaks we put it right for free.
Pressure Washing
We offer pressure washing for customers driveways, patio walkways and wooden flooring.
We find that the best clean is achieved using a mix of low and high pressure washing and specialist chemical treatments for great results.
Pet friendly cold water only cleans are available if needed.

Roof cleaning
We offer roof cleaning via low pressure cold water cleaning and manual roof scraping along with biocide treatments to protect the roof from regrowth long term.
We prefer to not walk on the roof to minimise tile damage and select the best cleaning method for each roof based on the condition of the tiles and access available.
We include to clear the gutters, specifically of moss removed from the roof.
Gutter clearing
We clear gutters using a specialist gutter vaccum system and long carbon fibre poles from the ground.
Our equipment is suitable for gutter clearing from the ground to about 3.5 storeys or 10.5 meters. Please contact us if you have different requirements.
We use a camera survey system to check and quote jobs fairly, as well as ensure gutters are cleared thoroughly of debris and plants.
Yes my gutter vacuum will remove plants and more. 🙂
