I have been a client for 3 years now with Clean and Lean Fitness. I was 17st and so unfit. Keith designed a fitness plan for me which consisted of both Cardio and Weight training. The attention to detail and explanations given as to why I was doing these specific exercises and what the end results would be if I listened really encouraged me to keep going. Keith is a fantastic personal trainer. I have been training with him since sep 22 and have lost 2 and a half stone up to now.
My body shape has changed massively and I feel so much fitter and stronger. Keith pushes me to reach my full potential, he makes me believe in myself. I can now lift heavy weights and he always watches/on hand to make sure I am using the equipment correctly to avoid any injuries.

I’ve been training with Keith for over a year, and it’s been great! Keith is very positive, he makes you believe that you can do the work, and the time flies by (as opposed to the gym, where it can be so boring)

I am overweight and need to shift a considerable amount of weight but Keith is not only pushing me with what I need to do physically but he is also supporting me in what I should do with nutrition.

Keith is a brilliant PT. After completely losing motivation during lockdown and not exercising for months I’ve been training with Keith for almost a month now and can feel my fitness coming back.
I’ve been training twice a week and no session has been the same which is great both for getting a full body workout but also maintaining motivation. There has also been a nice gradual increase in intensity which I think is due to Keith being really good at working out what his clients need and want from a session.
Additionally Keith is really flexible with location, has great equipment and has procedures in place for the current covid regulations.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients hit their fitness goals by giving them monthly fitness tests and challenges and taken measurements and fort nightly weigh ins.
I text my clients regularly on weekends to motivate and support them as the weekends is where most of the takeaways and alcohol are consumed.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no great secret, just dedication and consistency.
80% is pure diet and 20% training.
I take care of the diet plan and training sessions but it's up to you to stick to it and that is the hardest part as we all have temptations in our lives.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people hit goals, it's very rewarding.
I love meeting new people and changing how they feel about food and training.
I also love that it helps me stay motivated to train too.
It's a great job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My daughter and my wife inspired me to start my own business but wanting to help people was a big part.
It gives me flexibility so I can spend time with them.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very easy to get on with and I've been very overweight and unfit in the past so I can relate to my clients who struggle with not only physical health but mental health too.
I've experienced everything from wearing baggy clothes to cover parts of my body to putting a pillow over my stomach when I sit down, I have been very self conscious and anxious in the past but Now I am more confident and healthier than I have ever been.
