Citylinkcare is a private-owned health and social care provider aiming to work and deliver personalized care to vulnerable people in both community and institutional settings in London boroughs and beyond. We also supply health and social care staff to Hospitals, Residential/ Nursing homes, etc.

Citylinkcare aims to work with local authorities, voluntary organizations, service users, and families to implement the renewed partnership agreement -Think Local and Act Personal to provide support and care to those who are in need in our community and Institutions such as Local Authorities, NHS CCG, Hospital, Residential and Nursing Homes, etc.

We aim to ensure that we provide quality and high standard care deliveries to vulnerable people who live in the community and institutional settings. We will work with users together with their families in conjunction with our support team to ensure that they experience real independent living. We encourage service users and families to raise complaints if s/he is not satisfied with the service delivered. Citylinkcare will go the extra mile to ensure that service users receive quality care.

Our service is regulated by the Health and Social Care Act 2014 (HSCA) (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010 who monitors compliance by the Care Quality Commission. The CQC has assessed and registered Citylinkcare to carry on the regulated activity (i.e. personal care).

Our team of staff has many years of experience in managing, caring, and supporting people from different backgrounds. Most members of our team have worked in local authorities, hospitals, private and voluntary organizations caring for various service users’ groups including older people, dementia, physical and learning disabilities, and people with mental health, etc.

Our focus is to ensure service users’ needs are met, safeguard, and respect their’ rights and dignity. We take each person as a unique and different being; hence we do not provide a one-size-fits-all service.
