What makes a great website?
A great website should be simple to use, engaging to view and not overpowering to the user.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We always want to know what vision for the project the client has. We will then look to develop their vision into a functional, professional and impressive end product.
Describe your creative process.
Listening to the requirements and ideas that the client has is fundamental to getting off to a good start. Once we have this initial information, we will discuss how we can put their ideas into reality. We will then always correspond with the client throughout the process to ensure that the end product is exactly what is wanted.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
It's always great to hear the ideas and visions from a client before we begin. Of course, it's also important to discuss budget and timescale in order to be as transparent as possible.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to turn an idea into reality. We also love being able to exceed the expectations of a client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
circledesignco. was founded in order to give a group of talented freelancers a brand that we can grow. This means that as the brand grows, so does the reputation of our freelancers and trust of our clients.

Whilst efficiency is always at the forefront of our beliefs, we will not sacrifice on quality. We always go above and beyond to take the ideas of the client and bring them to reality. We also believe that transparency is important. This means that a client will always be kept up to date throughout the project.
