Q&As

I love being able to help people who come with pain in muscles, or postural issues and I can help ease out the tension and teach them how to correctly stretch to maintain their body with greater flexibility. they come in with concern and worries and leave with hope and smiles.

following 2 car accidents which led me to almost 9 years of recovery from whiplash.
I retrained while I was unable to continue work, and learnt that what had helped me to recover enabled me to pass on to other people through therapy of the muscular system.

I have probably been where they are with pain and it was not nice.
I recovered, and learnt how to cope with pain and how to reduce it.
I use various additional techniques to enhance my treatments that not many other therapists will be using, because I had to do the same when I recovered from my own pain.

I am a bubbly person who will explain in detail why your body is behaving the way it is at this moment in time. I offer treatments in a warm, friendly atmosphere where you will feel instantly relaxed and learn to trust me. If I do not think I can help you I will tell you!

Services

this encourages the release of excess lymphatic fluids which build up in people who suffer from Oedema.
It is also used to aid the release of toxins from someone who has finished their treatment for Cancer.
it is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that helps move lymph around the body and encourages it to lead to drainage points which then expels from the body.
