How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
This is an absolute no brainer. We now live in a world of instant gratification, where everybody wants everything, and they want it now. The fact is that life is just not that simple, but for most people trying to establish the facts whilst being bombarded by the media, with so much useless, and often expensive, rubbish it’s not very easy to make the right choices. Here at Christal Horizons Ltd we treat everybody as individuals, and offer ongoing help and support, thus enabling everyone to achieve their dreams and needs in the quickest and easiest way possible. As a result ours is a system that really works for the vast majority of people
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of our job is seeing the many unhappy and disillusioned people who first come to us, change, grow and develop into happy, contented and confident individuals who then quite often go on to achieve their different goals in life. It’s a fantastic feeling for us all and completely priceless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending many years in the corporate world, earning an extremely good salary and benefits package, I got to a stage where I was no longer prepared to implement and enforce policies that were detrimental to the Heath and Wellness of the majority of the hard working staff. It was some 6 years ago that I told my boss that “I would have to let him go as an employer”, and although pretty scary at the time, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Since then I have have travelled the world and become Fitter, Healthier and Happier, which has made me a much better person, and my mission now is to help many other people to achieve the same.
Why should our clients choose you?
Quite simply because we have been there and done it ourselves, and we still practise what we preach. We are not the finished article, because life is an ongoing journey on a daily basis, but every day, in every way, we are getting better, and we genuinely look forward to taking many of you on that journey with ourselves very soon.
