My company is a specialist wedding and portrait photographers with a studio based in Ashford, Kent. We cater for wedding, family and childrens photography. For weddings we include a free pre wedding shoot if required which can be location based at the favourite locations of our clients or at our studio.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking a great photograph of people is to get them to relax and enjoy the moment. Then there are also the technical requirements of correct lighting, location and planning in advance plus taking the participants requirements into account.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What they require to be provided, if its and event like a wedding or party, when the event is taking place, where the event is taking place, the timetable for the event. Are there any particular shots of people that are important and whether they have examples of photographs that they would like reproduced and also whether they have a particular style they want used, for example formal shots, fun shots , documentary shots etc. For studio shoots its who the participants are and what sort of items they are looking at,for example an album, canvas or more exotic album. There are also the questions about whether there are particular photos they've seen that they want to emulated.
What do you love most about your job?
Making it a fun experience for the clients and providing images that they will cherish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business is that I wanted to do something a enjoyed since you generally excel at activities that motivate you.
