He truly wants to help you achieve your goals whether that is to build confidence, strength or stamina. Chris is friendly, warm and most importantly knowledgeable. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I spend a lot of time listening to my clients very specific needs and requirements. I find the more I listen the more my clients achieve thier individual goals. The reason why people want to into shape is because they have not given themselves enough time to themselves. See I find that specific training can make you better not only physically but you become metally stronger.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There are no secrets, there are no tricks.
Its about adressing your deepest fears of failing and building up from there.
What do you love most about your job?
Its not a job! I turn up at 6am and leave normally at 9pm and I dont see it as hard work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
People told me that I could not do it :-). I knew I had the ability to become a sucess.
