12 week Complete Get Energised & lose Weight Program
In this 12 week (90 day) program we work on different areas each week such as food, sleep, stress, exercise, energy, meal planning, habit change, motivation etc to ensure you achieve your health goals and stick to them forever as part of your new healthier life.
It takes between 66 and 100 days to change habits so this program is great for building a health structure to improve all parts of your health not just weight loss. Anyone can lose weight in a few weeks of crash dieting but 97% then regain the weight.
