What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We offer a fixed service for limited companies and sole traders. For sole traders our fees start at just £115 plus VAT.
For limited companies we offer 2 services.
Option 1
1. Annual Accounts and CT600 only
If you are happy to do your own book keeping , payroll and VAT returns and simply require the annual accounts to be prepared and submitted to Companies House and the CT600 Corporation Tax return submitted to HMRC, then this is the service for you.
All we require is your records in good order and we will take it from there. We will of course advise you on tax minimisation and salary/dividend arrangements.
The fixed fee for this service is £399 plus VAT
We can also provide you with SAGE ONE accounting software for an annual fee of just £50 plus VAT
Option 2
• Annual Accounts
• CT600
• PAYE for one director
• VAT Returns
• Monthly Book-keeping
• Advice on Dividend/ Salary to minimise tax
• Accounting software just £50 plus VAT per annum
• Monthly P&L and tax calculation.
• Prepare and file your self assessment tax return
If you would rather someone else did all the work, accurately, on time and up to date then this is the service for you. Nearly all our clients choose this option as it is simply great value for busy professionals who would rather not have to deal with the many reporting requirements and deadlines, on top of there already busy working day.
All we require is that you have a separate business bank account to keep the company's business transactions separate to your personal banking. We then ask you to link your bank account to our accounts software, which is read only, and all you need to do is :-
• raise your own invoices
• pay yourself
• pay your business expenses
• retain your expense receipts
We will advise you on tax minimisation, register you for VAT if this would be beneficial and includes unlimited calls to us within reason, for advice on any tax or accounts related matters. We never charge for anything else unless it is agreed by you in writing beforehand.
The fixed fee for this service is just £750 plus VAT per annum, payable monthly, so just £62.50 per month. It's one of the best value services you will find anywhere.
