Thank you David. You’ll be pleased to know that the slate chippings we removed are going to be recycled. We are going to clean them and donate to BVRA who had asked if we can spread them down outside Tesco Express in Banstead Hight St.

Quick response to request and do a good job

I was promised a visit on 12th July. No one turned up and I have heard nothing since.

Yes, the customer is partially right. I was away on holiday and asked a colleague to contact her and arrange a visit. The call to the potential customer was never made but a visit was never confirmed, so its not true that we failed to turn up, but yes we failed to make contact. I will be contacting the customer later today to explain, and will be asking my colleague if this complaint is valid. Update: Yes, we dropped the ball on this one. I have been to see the lady in question. Her garden does need some work and the delay has made it even more overgrown. If we get the work, then I will donate the profit to Hope into Action, Epsom. Lesson learnt!

The work carried out was satisfactory.
However, I am still waiting for an Invoice for payment of £90.00,
After two messages informing Nigel of payment made and a second message for an Invoice.
No response!
I am not impressed!

I did send the invoice as requested but made a mistake in the email address. I have corrected this and now resent. The client did offer to pay cash which I declined as I prefer to send an invoice and give them time to review and settle on line at their convenience. I feel that the review is unfair. I responded the same day and completed the work the same day. I explained that I made a mistake in the email address and that I felt her review was a bit harsh. Update: Profits from this work have been donated to Hope into Action (Epsom)

The guys were very polite and hard working.friendly,look forward to seeing them again soon.

I cannot compliment Nigel of Chipstead Garden Services enough. I was absolutely delighted with his work, which more than exceeded my expectations. Nothing seemed too much trouble, always pleasant, fantastic attention to detail, genuine pride in his work, and really going out of his way to make sure the customer is happy with every detail of the outcome... it was all just brilliant and he was a pleasure to deal with.
