What do you love most about your job?
Often when I see clients they are at a low point in their lives, and yet they find the strength to be vulnerable and work through their difficulties with me. To witness people move through this personal journey is an absolute privilege and one that I never take for granted.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent many years working in corporate environments on fast-paced projects I decided it was time for a change, I wanted to do work that had meaning and substance and so I re-trained as a Counsellor.

I use a humanistic approach which means I put you at the heart of how I work. I will listen without judgment and give you an open space to explore your thoughts and emotions. I can provide counselling online via a secure video platform to anyone based in the UK.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For face-to-face work, I can offer a private space in local practice rooms. The room is large enabling us to sit more than 2 meters apart, there is also an air purifier available and the chairs are sprayed with anti bac in between clients along with other standard precautions.
I can also offer online counselling for those who are not ready to be in a face-to-face setting.
