I have been practicing yoga for 4+ years. I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, and also a Holistic Life Coach and Designer.

I believe that yoga is for everyone. It's for people who want to feel good and nourish their life with their practice.

I tried a taster session and felt so much better with myself that I booked for a block of 4 and really look forward to going and feeling that I have accomplished something each week. I enjoy creating friendly and fun spaces, so people can flow with ease and leave feeling inspired, relaxed and empowered. To me, yoga and mindfulness have the power to helps us live with more peace and joy.

I don't believe in cookie cutters, working with me, people identify and practice what works for them. I am fully committed to my clients, and I have a friendly approach to help people enjoy their practice and work in what is most important for them.

Services

One to one teaching is the optimal way to adapt yoga to your individual needs and wants. Each session is tailored to you. It is the traditional way of teaching yoga, building a trusting bond and progression within the practice.

So, what can you expect?
- Answer a quick questionnaire about you, what you want to achieve, any relevant injuries, illness, your yoga preferences, and your availability.
- I will contact you either by email or telephone to clarify any questions you might have and discuss next steps.
- We will arrange a good time for the yoga session(s) to take place.
- I will put together a personalised session(s) programme for you (You also get handouts!).

The content, pace and focus is based on your needs.

Depending on where you are at now and what you want to accomplish, as these form the basis of our work and how I will support you.
