Have taken our cats Shadow and Taz to Chase Farm for many years and they are always well cared for. Taz has a heart condition and requires medication every day, which the staff at the cattery do with great care and we leave him with confidence that he will be well cared for. We have never been let down. The pens are a good size and there are plenty of blankets and a heat lamp to snuggle under. We will be using Chase Farm for years to come. More...

We used Chase farm for the first time last weekend. Our cat Rosie doesn't usually like new places however we were really surprised that she didn't seem uncomfortable whatsoever after letting her out of her carrier into her home for the weekend. I thought it was really good that we were the ones who let her out and were allowed into her pen so we could see where she'd be staying. Since she came home she's been a bit more confident in our house (we only moved in 6 weeks ago). Would definitely recommend and have already booked her in for our summer holiday. More...

Chase Farm Cattery is a family run business where the cats are very well looked after and receive attention just as they would at home. I've been using this cattery for the past ten years and the staff have always gone out of their way to care for our pets and to help whenever they can. Our cats, Bella & Bo, have been here a few times now and we really like it here. The surroundings are really nice in a big open space, with lots of green scenery and it is so quiet. No sounds from the roads etc Bella has diabetes and they looks after her really well.The staff are really nice & friendly and made us and our cats very welcome.Thank you to all the staff for helping us to relax on our holiday! We were recommended Chase Farm by friends when we adopted an old stray a couple of years ago. He was a lovely old cat but not in the best of health and Cathy and Jim really gave him lots of TLC during his stay. We have now two two-year-old cats, Anna Marie, a bold tortoiseshell and Suki, a fluffy black and white rescue cat, who is very timid. I can honestly say that the cats are really well looked after at Chase Farm and probably better fed than they are at home as Cathy cooks some lovely treats for the cats including fresh fish, which they certainly don't get here! My mum and I had to put our two cats into a cattery whilst we were moving house. Chase farm were lovely and managed to look after the boys for 3 weeks. We were worried they wouldn't settle in and would hate being there but were updated on how well they were getting and they were fine! We couldn't recommend Chase farm highly enough, they care for the cats like their own and will definitely be booking them in again when we go away on holiday in future. More...

This was the first time I have ever put my cat in a cattery and I was so nervous! But from the first call James was so reassuring. I when called a couple of times after putting Thomas is and I was never made to feel like I was being an inconvenience. I was allowed to take all Thomas' blankets etc and when we picked him up he was sleeping and didn't want to leave! I will be using again for my summer holiday this year and highly recommend Chase Farm.n More...

My Cat 'Tiger' has been to this cattery 3 times over the past few years her longest stay was 14 days, when I collect her she is in very good condition with no loss of weight , the location is set in a beautiful big garden very quiet, the pens are spacious, safe and clean with a higher level to sleep. The people are friendly and polite and caring what more could I wish for to relax on holiday knowing my cat is being looked after there. Thank you to all the staff there. More...
