We came to you at Mullacott for very sad reasons, when someone very kindly took our beautiful kitten to you after he was knocked down. You were so kind when you called and were very patient, respectful and reassuring when we came to collect him. We're very grateful that you went out of your way, despite us not being registered with you, to make a print of his paw, we still have it framed in our home. While on holiday our whippet caught his dew claw on a stone step and was dripping blood, a phone call to this vet and they said to come straight away. Pain killers examination and bandaged up by a very friendly understanding vet put us at ease, they made us an appointment for an op at Mullacott vet hospital for the next day. Found the most enormous tick on my dog this week. Having had a £250 vet bill in recent years (not at Charter!) when the head of a tick was left behind after trying to remove it with tweezers, I now have a tick remover which works brilliantly. However, this one was too big for even my biggest tick remover.... so I popped into Charter and the lady on Reception was brilliant. Thank you - you were fab! More...
