I'm a psychologist (ABP & BPS) and psychotherapist (BACP) providing psychological assessment and psychotherapeutic support for individuals suffering with mental health difficulties.

I work in the humanistic, cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic modalities and work with a range of difficulties.

At an initial session, we would assess your suitability for the therapeutic modalities that I offer and also establish whether we feel comfortable working with each other before deciding to proceed.

Sessions can be provided face to face at my practices on Harley Street, London and in Leeds, Kirkstall Road. I also offer therapy via online platforms. Throughout COVID, most therapy sessions will be conducted via Zoom although some can be offered face to face if appropriate.
