Chappell and clarke

We had Paul to decorate a bedroom which was completed a job well done.As a result we asked him to decorate another bedroom which turned out to be a disaster. It was planned for Tues & Wed he did work on Tues but not Wed or Thurs.After turning up two hours late again ,he said he would finish the job that day as a result i paid Paul early as i had to go out.On my return my wife informed me as he hadnt finished he would come back the next morning ie Saturday to complete.This was TWO WEEKS ago,i phoned Paul seven times,text aswell but he hasnt even bothered to reply.I then had to spend half a day finishing the work myself.Paul if you read this perhaps a refund would be appreciated. Had to wait until he could fit me in as he was busy .....but well worth the wait price reasonable actual work top quality chatty friendly and definitely knows he's trade also has done work for both my brother and mum with the same appreciation of how good he's work is loves to talk lol (and leave Gary doing the work ) lol who I must also say is a very friendly lovable Londoner and a quality plasterer himself so once again thanks Paul will defo keep in touch for future works
