This company its total scam! They take money in advance when booking through their app but ignoring refund on trip booked on the 9th July and canceled shortly after booking for my wife with cancer. I have been using this taxi firm for many years since moving to Folkestone 16 years ago. There have been occasions when there have been problems but they have been resolved. I am pleased with the service and have got to know a lot of the drivers. They are always polite and friendly and go out of their way to assist us as a family.
