Hi I'm Theresa and I'm new to Bark! Change Ur Life Coaching was created simply based on the following fact. 'Cause Life is Hard Enough! I am an excellent Coach, with a hefty dose of Spirituality on the side.
I am a new-ish business looking for my first clients, I offer a free 30 minute inital consultation plus a great introductory price of £25 per hour.

What do you love most about your job?
It is an immense priviledge to hear my clients story and be a witness to their future.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Once upon a time, I wanted to talk to a therapist/counselor/coach or just someone. The avenue to finding someone seemed daunting. Wait times, long forms to fill out, contracts, office buildings, professionalism, status, a sense of heirarchy, and a set cut off point. I thought, why cant there just be someone down the street for a fair price that will just care? I became that person.
Additionally; although I graduated in 2008, I set my degree and certification aside and remember telling myself "I'll need those later". I started a house-keeping business (because I love to clean stuff) for 14 years and my customers became an integral part of my life and still are today. I raised my son, and life had 12 additional years of living to experience for me (some severely difficult) in order to prepare me for my true calling. Later arrived!
My most difficult years were more recent in which I decided to Change my Life, hence the name of my business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In office visits will require masks and distancing untill this crazy pandemic is over. Awkward i know in a small office space, but Life's Life. Lets live it!
