I've used Challenge Trophies a number of times and the speed of service and quality of the product has always been superb. My last order of medals was placed and I suddenly realised that I had stupidly clicked on a delivery date that would have meant delivery was AFTER the presentation event! So I emailed in a panic to see if anything could be done to correct my error. Well, it was Lisa to the rescue! She arranged everything and my order arrived 2 days BEFORE the event!!!! Now that's what I call service! The event was a huge success. I cannot thank Lisa enough for her help and challenge trophies for the great product. Next time I will be more organised. Absolutely fabulous service. Our regular trophy supplier let us down at very short notice. Challenge Trophies answered the call - even replying to our plea on a Sunday. The service and attention to detail was impressive.We were sent proofs of all the 50+ trophies we required laser engraving and then within days of approval they arrived exactly as promised.They were all of exceptional quality, even the engraving on a new cup that we required. Just wanted to say thanks for the Oscars. We ordered them for our Film Premiere for Belvue Special School. We are charity called DayTrippers and we help disabled and terminally ill children by putting on free events and providing funding for group day trips. The decision to award Challenge Trophies with up to five stars was never going to be a difficult one. In my personal experience, the entire process - up to and including delivery - literally could not be improved upon.
I believe I've encountered four members of staff since placing my first order [strictly through telephone and email], and I'm pleased to assert that collectively, the company's levels of customer service are extremely high. Bright, friendly responses await when you dial the company phone number - and it's gratifying to know you can always expect a concise but thorough answer to any query you may have.
Any complications or concerns that arose as part of the process were quickly and efficiently dealt with, and I constantly went away feeling well looked-after. The orders I made were always addressed rapidly, and all items arrived on time or ahead of schedule. Everything was exactly as advertised. All products are reasonably-priced and professionally managed, too.
To date, I have placed three orders with Challenge Trophies, incorporating four separate products. It is my intention to continue the relationship for the foreseeable future, and as such I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
