How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Foundations should be sound, no manhole access chambers within garage. Head height once floor is raised should be considered.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Brick up garage door and fit window. First fix electrics and plumbing. Insulate floor and raise to height of house floor. Insulate walls and ceiling if required and plasterboard. All finishing carpentry etc.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Head height and location of a staircase are the main factors to consider. If you have this then all structural work can be done and loft converted
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Strip existing roof. Put in floor joists, first fix services. new ridge beam and rafters all to structural engineers calculations. I would then cut a hole for the new stairs and begin insulating and plaster boarding. Followed by all finishing works.

I love the variety and the job satisfaction. Nothing better than doing a great job and seeing the customer delighted with my work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a working supervisor for years. Working while running and organising jobs. It was a natural progression into running my own business
