What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients increase their self-esteem, embrace themselves fully and allow themselves to be more authentic. Working with them and releasing the resistances means they can really create the life they desire.
Seeing them become more confident, taking ownership of how they feel and their life, and taking the steps to have an amazing relationship and be truly happy is so rewarding. It makes me so happy to see them step into their empowered self.
Ultimately, helping my clients find a partner that is right for them and have a relationship that is everything they want is incredibly rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been someone people talk to about their problems or dilemmas. And it wasn't until I was in a relationship which wasn't making me happy, with someone who wasn't right for me, and at a time where, even though I was creating a life more in tune with what I desired, I didn't feel truly happy, I didn't feel like myself.
That was when the Energy Alignment Method appeared in my life. I went through the journey of working on myself, on my inner blocks and resistance. This changed my life. I saw the massive difference it made in others.
It was a no brainer to complete the coaching certification and use the Energy Alignment Method to help others work through their inner blocks and resistances to be truly happy, feel like themselves again and have the relationship they desire and have a tool to work through any tough times.

I have been where my clients have been - not happy in my life, not happy in my relationship, not happy with the boyfriend I had.
I changed everything because I worked on myself. There aren't that many coaches certified to use the Energy Alignment Method in their work, and so I bring a technique that isn't widely used but which has life changing results.
I have worked with plenty of clients and they really start to notice the difference of doing this work, especially with a coach, and stepping into what they want and taking the action to make it happen. I know this is the biggest game changer and will bring the results clients seek.

I provide my services online via Zoom. I have always done it this way and find it works really well.

Customers are kept safe from Covid-19 as everything is online.
One to One Sessions
1:1 sessions are bespoke to your needs. We work specifically on the issues coming up for you. Looking at what is going on in your love life, what blocks there are to having the relationship you desire and what needs to change for you to be happy.
The sessions are 1 hour long.
Group Programme
The 6 month group programme gives you the chance to work on everything that will affect your relationship and finding that special someone (if you haven't found them yet).
You will explore all the things from childhood, past relationships, limiting beliefs and thoughts, negative patterns and habits and anything else that affects your relationships.
You will learn how to use the Energy Alignment Method to clear resistances that are affecting your love life and help you align and have the relationship you desire.
On the group programme, you will have regular access to me and group calls.
