Had a problem with no aerial signal to a TV in another part of the house. Called john who came out the very next morning to have a look. He was very thorough in his investigation and traced the problem to a bad connection in a cable in a valley gutter on the roof. Who knew there was even a connection there? It was covered in moss too, completely hidden from view. He was absolutely right, as soon as the connection was replaced the TV worked fine. Even better than before actually. Very impressed. I had been having numerous problems with my aerials and signal with the location of my home so after having a company out to fix these problems over and over again with temporary solutions and non-permanent fixtures that costed me call out on each occasion I had been referred from a friend to this company! i was extremely impressed with the 5 star service I received from this company, they arrived on time, tidied up there mess and fixed the ongoing problems Ive had for the past 4/5 months... and 3 weeks on everything is still up and running fine! Called in the morning and they came out that afternoon. Spent a bit of time diagnosing the problem, then explained what was needed and what it would cost to fix, new masthead amplifier, priced the job and recommended I got more quotes. But was happy with the time they took identifying the problem instead of just hitting me with any old price.Part was fitted, all TVs re tuned and a years guarantee. Working fine now.
