Chris offered me a free trail PT session in exchange for a review on bark. We talked & exchanged messages ahead of our session. She was punctual and enthusiastic. She shared with me her background in fitness and performance. Our session was a classic PT workout . Warm up - upper body then lower body & core. Chris is simply amazing.
I had a foot operation a year ago and I was feeling not myself anymore. I put on weight and my body became very weak since I spent so much time at home recovering.
Chris has picked me up and she has been encouraging me so much but never with pressure. After every work out we do together I feel better and stronger. She is so knowledgable and I have started to notice a big change in my body. I have never liked gyms so Chris comes to my house and she is always happy to work around my schedule.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to make a positive change to their lifestyle!

I'm having personal training with Chris for nearly two months now and absolutely love it!! Her sessions are fun and she does a variety of new exercises from time to time adjusting also to my abilities and the progress I am making. She never misses out to push a little further, which is the point of regular training. Before starting we had a conversation on things I am looking for and she took some time to tell me more about her expertise and the types of training she would do with me. We always do a good combination of lower and upper body, core and mixing in some boxing. She also follows up on each session to check in and also sends me routines to work with in between sessions.

I'd highly recommend Chris as a Personal Trainer if you want motivation to work out and keep pushing further. 💪💪🤜🤛

First and foremost, by listening to them carefully.

I pay attention their goals, what their medical/injury/health history is, their current lifestyle and their exercise "likes" and "dislikes" - this vital information gives me a foundation to figure out how we could work together to create a program that is SAFE, balanced, engaging, and likely for the client to stick to - and what will benefit them in the long-term as well as the short-term.

Having a fun and varied workout routine week-by-week which follows the principles of the particular training regime, but isn't exactly the same as the previous week - this prevents us from getting bored, and more-likely to stick to the routine.

Having the privilege of working with people from all corners of life; and whatever their background/lifestyle/health and medical history, having that joy of seeing them proceed toward living their lives as the fittest and healthiest versions of themselves.
Every client I have ever had has inspired me in some way... whilst being their health/strength guide, they always have something in return to teach me too. Part of living life to the max for me, means never stopping learning, and in this job I have found I am.consitantly doing just that.

I adore sports, fitness, the martial arts, food (healthy and every other kind), so I figured becoming a fitness professional was a natural stream to go by. I adore having my own business for all sorts of reasons, one of them being, I am not too great at being told what to do or how to do my job by someone else. I love being my own boss, and I believe so many others can identify with this thought.

Because I am 110% committed to creating a healthy lifestyle plan that is wholly based on their individual needs, schdules, potential-lifestyle-obstacles... any difficulty a client may have I will work my hardest to find a solution. I believe their is a solution for every problem.

Absolutely. Due to the current work convention that have understandably been trusted upon us, most of my clients are online.
I operate through Zoom, Skype, Facebook video-messanger.
All have proved simple, user-friendly and drama-free for a techtard like me ?

The clients that insist I see them in person, obviously I only see in the great outdoors.
I have a month's supply of antibacterial wipes and anti-virus hand-gel in my car always.
Obviously, all equipment I bring including dumbbells and boxing gloves are sanitised before AND after every session, and also when gone back into the car.
I wear a mask too and even though have always reminded as a safety precaution, have never needed to tell a client to keep a safe distance, since the ones I have worked with are incredibly safety-orientated and switched on.

I offer one-to-one, bespoke training aimed at creating safe, stable, yet boundary-pushing and fun workouts to suit each individual with their needs.
I am well aware that medical/health history, exercises likes and dislikes and of course, long-term goals and fitness aspirations are all crucial in creating a program that you will adhere to and enjoy!

Exercises programs are focused on "whole-body" workouts (working with your own bodyweight and free-weights).
As a trained martial-artist, I offer some MMA-based training circuits and boxing too.

My workouts are aimed at creating cardio-vascular fitness, muscular endurance and core strength, arming you with functional fitness that will enable you to breeze through your daily activities such as gardening, carrying your shopping or picking up your child .


I am here (virtually and textually, outside of our personal meetings) for round-the-clock nutritional advice, and will work with you on creating a nutrition plan that fits around your schedule, and won't dull your life or kidnap you away from your favourite snacks altogether.
A few subtle, yet highly-beneficial tweaks are all you need for a gradual, but compelling difference to your ultimate fitness goals.
