Working with Chris is great. He gets the challenges, is well trained and a very good listener. Quick, effective and absolutely transformational. I have no hesitation to recommend him based on my own experience! More...

Christian held a safe and nurturing space during therapy. I felt comfortable and completely at ease throughout the entire process. The initial session was liberating as we unravelled some deep seated blocks and Christian did a wonderful job at sensitively guiding me through the process with his full support.
The pace is perfect and he speaks clearly with soothing tones, which in my opinion helps to create a sense of calm throughout.
After the first session I immediately noticed I felt calmer and lighter and have continued to feel this way since. I’m on day 4 of listening to the personalised audio hypnosis he provides and I’m looking forward to seeing the results at day 21! I’ll report back then! I highly recommend Christian if you’re looking to work through and remove some deep seated emotional blocks and get out of your own way! Life changing stuff.

My RTT session with Christian was incredible. Genuinely. I was clearly quite nervous but his approach put me at ease and took me on a healing journey that is nothing short of life changing. Highly recommended! Thanks CB!

“Two days later, and I feel 20 years younger. I sort of get what Christian did, but nothing could have prepared for me how quickly he’s got me back to where I want to be.”

Q&As

It's those moments my clients achieve a breakthrough and cross a threshold towards their success. I love seeing this happen. When I see that focus come to fruition, that's when I really love the job.

The world today has never been more complex to navigate. Rapid change is a constant, whilst the level of competition we face - socially as well as professionally - has never been higher. Given that I have always been hardwired to help people, and am both inspired and committed to seeing people live their best lives, this was a natural career for me.

This is a great question. I'll condense it down into 5 reasons:

1. Experience: Most of what I have learnt, I've learnt - and applied - through hard experience, supported by training.

Thanks to the speed at which content and information can be created and shared today, it's dangerously easy for people to consider themselves 'experts' on the back of a few online courses. But nothing is more valuable than the applying the knowledge we get from experience.

2. Generosity: I don't believe in hoarding knowledge, information or time. I am very generous with my experience, time and energy, and will always go to the levels necessary to achieve what my clients and I have agreed.

3. Commitment: I am 100% outcome-led, and use clarity, confidence and momentum as my strategic pillars to achieve those outcomes. It's an approach that I have shaped carefully over the last decade and as such am deeply committed to applying it on your behalf, and improving it as my career evolves.

4. Restlessness: I love what I do. When I made a commitment to start my own business I made sure it was built around both my deepest sense of purposes and my most valuable talents. It sounds cliche, but this isn't work for me, it's a way of life. So I am always on. On both your behalf and mine. Always seeking new ways to be better. To help my clients achieve bigger, better results.

5. Easy to work with: This may sound a bit obvious but it's very important to me and my work, and something I work on daily. In these times of complexity and rapid change, there's nothing to be gained from making our lives more challenging through being awkward or hard to work with. Not only is life too short, but if we put ourselves in the way of a positive, inspiring warming relationship, it's very unlikely we'll ever achieve what we want. How is 'easy to work' defined? Clarity, empathy, transparency and honesty.

Services

RTT is a new form of hypnotherapy that integrates CBT and NLP. It solves a wide range of emotional, mental and physical issues that hold people back. Freeing them in an extraordinarily powerful way. I specialise in life-turbulence. This typically includes:

Anxiety
Depression
Stress
Mid-life crisis
Relationship break-down
Money issues
Career issues

Hypnotherapy is the treatment and relief of a variety of physical and psychological symptoms. It makes lasting change by removing unwanted thoughts and behavioural patterns from your unconscious mind, re-educating it to the way you want it to be.

Life can be cruel sometimes, throwing us curve balls when we least expect, or need them. Often knocking us off course and setting us back years. It's at times like these that help and support from others can be most valuable. I've been there several times, and whilst hard in the moment, it's from these experiences that I have learned how to help people the most.

Personal health challenge
Friend or family health challenge
Life crisis
Financial crisis

TC is a sustained program of one-to-one support to assist in coping with, and resolving life-turbulence. It uses Christian's bespoke CALM model and when necessary includes RTT and/or hypnotherapy to make deep, quick and permanent change.
