I would like to say a big thank you to the mechanic from your workshop/garage. I got in a bit of pickle today whilst travelling to Coventry, I suffered a puncture and was not local to the area. Thankyou for organising the trip to Roses Spain. Mum & me had a fabulous time. from the moment we stepped on the coach the holiday began, everyone on the coach became a family for 10 days, looking out for each other. we want to say a special thankyou to your Driver's and guides Debbie & Steve, they were wonderful, they made sure everyone was happy and nothing was too much. we shall definitely recommend this trip to others. one fault, it was not long enough maybe next time it could be 12 - 14 days. thankyou so much. I went to trentham gardens and monkey forest on 24th july,with my mum n 4yr son. Wot a fab day out,but it was th weather tht made it,as if it was raining, it wud of been a complete wash out. I highly recommend.

We at Rugby Town F C have used Catteralls to all our away matches for some 12 years plus.( some250 games ) They have always been on time, do what we ask and the drivers have become part of the Club. We cannot imagine travelling with anyone else.

Lyme Regis trip...lovely driver, great day, my little boy loved every minute, also went to Minehead, only suggestion I have is to extend the day, by the time u get off coach an relax or go for lunch etc it's nearly time to leave, would love a couple of extra hours, maybe you could also do offers for children on ticket prices? Or in general?

Whitby & North York Moors Railway. Despite the atrocious weather (torrential rain, moors in the clouds) I really enjoyed the day. Compared to the previous trip I did here two years ago where the railway was visited first leaving us with a hour & a half in Whitby, yesterdays format allowing three hours in Whitby, then onto Goathland for the rail trip, gave a much better balance to the day. Went on a little family day out to Skegness on Sunday the 2nd July & it was brilliant. The driver was really friendly & a laugh too witch made me feel at ease as i don't like travelling & he was really understanding when i told him that one of my children was sick on the coach. Catteralls provided both the Dennis Lancet and the Bristol for our recent wedding transporting seventy of our guests from home to the registry office and then returning for the reception.

I recently hired a continental coach double decker for Sunday 27th May 2018 with tea & toilet facilities. The coach I viewed was the one I paid for & driver. I tried to contact the company 5 days proir to confirm everything was fine, I did not get a reply, I emailed them but did not get a reply. On the day a different coach arrived with a different drive who had insufficient rest as he told me he had come from Spain @05:00 and picked this coach. His driving was erratic on the motorway.
I was told on the morning that the coach I saw had been in an accident was not notified of this as I did try to get hold of the company.
I was very disappointed that I had elderly people on board & gad make a stop on the way.
I shall be contacting watchdog on BBC & name & shame this company. More...

Good Afternoon, This coach was booked by a 3rd party (Mr Singh), we informed Mr Singh that the vehicle originally booked had indeed been driven into by a HGV and written off. Mr Singh was aware of this. The Driver of the coach had indeed returned from Spain...The day before. He had more than the legally required break before your journey on the 27th. I cannot comment on his erratic driving and can only apologise if this was the case, the evidence from the video has been overwritten since that time. It may be you have the wrong contact details for us as we have no contact from yourself regarding this booking, as i say, it was booked by Mr Singh and it was Mr Singh we dealt with.

Had a driver called Terry for a 4 day visit to Belgium. Best coach driver ever! Super friendly and well tooled on local knowledge. Actual coach very clean.
