What do you love most about your job?
I love working with business leaders and senior managers and to watch them transform the way they work and radically improve the performance of their businesses. I have a very good track record in delivering change and the right background to demonstrate the skills and experience needed. With a background in Accountancy and Management Consultancy (10 years with PwC), was involved in the start-up and growth of five successful businesses and has held a number of executive and non-executive positions. Involved in Coaching for over 20 years, qualified and accredited Executive Coach (Academy of Executive Coaching) and Team Coach.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a passionate and driven individual and have been involved with setting-up and running five businesses. I love the freedom and independence to run the business as I wish to make decisions that I want to.
