Freya is so caring and really great at keeping your cat as calm as possible. I had my 14yr old long hair cat also called Freya de matted ( clippered) , ears and eyes cleaned , claws trimmed for the first time ever. My cat is so much happier with no more matted knotty fur. This is the first time I have taken my cat coco (mancoon x) to a groomer I was very nervous as she is my baby girl as soon as I met Freya I relaxed she was absolutely lovely I knew coco was in good hands. When I picked her up Freya said she had done videos and showed me how relaxed coco was with her she was absolutely amazing with my baby, her cut is absolutely amazing have booked again for 8weeks time. Me and my partner were very nervous about taking our ‘golden oldie’ Jack to be groomed.. but as soon as we met Freya we were instantly put at ease. . she understood Jacks condition and didn’t judge us - Jack had a couple of matted bits and a slight greasy coat - she explained that it’s common and due to his age.. Jacks a proper shy boy but we were told that he was very good and she kept us updated (we’re overprotective of him to say the least) he hated us for a little while when we got home but now he’s back to his usual self and looking so much more comfortable he’s even grooming himself properly and it’s only been a day! His coat is sooooo soft and bright now! Thank you so much for the advise for his after care, we’ve got a ‘zoom groom’ on the way! I was nervous as my maine coon Pandora is my fur baby and I wanted to make sure she was in the best hands. She's such a lovely friendly lady who put me at ease as soon as I spoke to her! Pandora needed a full groom as she had matted areas when we got her and needed her belly fur short to manage it. Even though Pandora growls and hisses as shes very vocal and dont like to be groomed she made sure Pandora was not in any distress. She has done an amazing groom on Pandora, making her coat more manageable for us to keep grooming. She made videos to teach us how to use different techniques and brushes to groom her coat. We are extremely pleased with her groom. We would highly recommend cat woman grooming to everyone! More...
