My only regret about the day was not getting the chance to give the driver my uttermost thank yous. The service was amazing, and I was treated like royalty. Softly spoken driver made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped in to the car, from the moment I stepped out to the ceremony. He had a bottle of water ready and even made sure I wasn't overwhelmed before I went in. Oh yeah, also the car arrived on time, was clean, cosy and better than I ever imagined. I recently got married on 06.05.2017 in York and used Cartwright cars as a provider of our wedding cars. I live in the southwest England meaning it was difficult to travel to Huddersfield and view the cars, so I booked these cars 'blind' (after a recommendation from the York wedding guide). Cartwright cars is a fantastic provider for your wedding day. Everything went like clock work on the day. Dick was very helpful in recommending cars and the booking process was easy. The cars were fantastic, we had a Beauford tourer and a regent, and they both looked stunning on the day. The drivers were superb, professional and made sure everything was perfect for us. They ring you in advance to go over the route and to confirm timings and they also do a dummy run of the route. They turned up perfectly on time, waited for us at the church and waited at the venue for photos. Champagne was also provided in both cars en-route to the venue which was a nice touch. They were spot on perfect!I fully recommend Cartwright cars to anyone planning on getting married in Yorkshire, they have a fantastic selection, are very reasonably priced and are true to their word!Thank you for making our day that extra bit special! Hired cartwrights for our wedding on dec 14th 2013. Dick was a pleasure to deal with, the car choice was first class. Day before the wedding the driver gave me a call to chat through all the timings and had already driven the route to get a feel for it. On the day they were prompt and courteous, the driver walking up to the church with my wife to be sheltering her under an umbrella. A nice cold bottle of fizz on the way to the venue topped things off. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you are getting married in the huddersfield/Halifax area then there's only one choice!
