What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy working with my clients, and I want to see them be the best they can be. I still get a buzz whenever a client walks out of our last session together a changed person.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked with private clients around my jobs for years, so when we were expecting my daughter, I decided I wanted to change the way I worked. Working with private clients full time felt like the next step.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and experienced.
Free Assessment
A free 1 hour session for us to talk through what you would like help with and to come up with a plan. It is also an opportunity for you to decide if you would like to work with me. I believe a large part of the success of therapy is the client/therapist relationship.
6 sessions of CBT
Most people make the most improvement in the first 6-8 sessions. If more than that is needed, another plan will need to be devised.
