Tina & John are a pair of skillful professionals. Wedding Flowers we ordered were spectacularly beautiful, quality and design of bouquets were first class. They are so personable and kind heated.They actually saved my day by putting such efforts to helping me to pick up missing veil from wedding dress shop on same road, making sure I have my perfect dress on MY WEDDING DAY. I would like to thank John from Carole Langley Florist for saving the day! Absolutely amazing service I cannot recommend highly enough. And the flowers were beautiful. I am in Australia and was unable to attend my Uncle's funeral. I asked my cousin where to send flowers but she did not reply in time so I arranged to have them delivered to the crematorium. When she did reply she gave me the address of the funeral director and I requested a change of address. The company I had ordered them from said it was not that simple and they may not be able to guarantee them arriving in time. I asked them to see if it could be done, otherwise stick with the original plan. At 3 am on the day of the funeral (we are 8 hours ahead so, 7 pm the day before) I happened to notice my phone telling me I had an email (I do not usually check my emails in the middle of the night). They said as I wanted to change the address they couldn't deliver until the next day (day of the funeral) and couldn't guarantee they would arrive in time, so wanted to give me a refund!!!!! I messaged my cousin who gave me the name of the florist next door to the funeral directors. 3 am I am frantically writing them an email hoping they can help. I started phoning from 8 am UK time and eventually John picked up the phone and said he'd just received my email, was waiting for the funeral directors to arrive and would check with them he had enough time. It was cutting it fine but he made it - and even sent me a photo of his beautiful creation! I just can't thank him enough. More...
