Lisa Christie
Home & Domiciliary Care
Caremark started to look after my parents a couple of weeks ago and so far have been excellent. The carers we have coming in and out are all very friendly, caring and professional, but what makes Caremark stand out for me is the way they engaged before we went ahead - taking lots of time to really find out what we needed, and putting mum and dad's mind at ease. They are super efficient too in their back office, which takes a lot of pressure off. They always respond quick and are meticulous at feeding back to us on anything concerning at "home". More...
