At Care4Less we offer skilled care to enable people supported by us to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. Our objective is to treat all service users and employees with respect at all times. We strive to ensure that we maintain the human and citizenship rights of all employees and Service Users. We aim to support and promote individual choice and personal decision-making as the right of all Service Users.

We understand the importance of respecting and encouraging the right of independence of all Service Users. We also recognise the individual uniqueness of Service Users and our employees and we ensure to treat them with dignity and respect always.

Care4Less respects and emphasise on the individual requirement for privacy at all times and we treat all information relating to individuals in a confidential manner. We also identify the individual need for personal fulfilment and offer individualised programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy the need of Service Users as well as provide consistent training for employees and opportunities of growth.

Domestic and shopping assistance
Our carers are on hand to help you with your regular shopping. We can arrange for your shopping to be done for you or we can accompany you on your trip. Your outing can even include a stop for a social cuppa or a walk in the park.

Personal Care
“Personal care” refers specifically to support and/or supervision with Assisted Daily Living. Our care professionals provide personal care support which play a vital role in maintaining a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle for service users.

Night or Day sits
We provide carers or support staff to sit with and act as a companion through the day and night, assisting people to live independently.

Meal Preparation
As part of our home care meal services, our trained caregivers can assist with meal preparation and monitor the food and fluid intake of service users.

Assistance with daily living
Activities of daily living (ADLs) are basic tasks that must be accomplished every day for an individual to thrive. Generally, ADLs can be broken down into the following categories:

Personal hygiene
Continence management
Dressing
Feeding
Ambulating

Monitoring and prompting with medication
This activity is about assistance with taking medication, or managing any treatment, at home. It is also about monitoring any changes in the health of a service user, and know what to do about it.

Assisting individuals to manage their own finances
People with assisted living may have always managed their own or their family's finances. But at some point they may need extra support to help them. Our carers are qualified to handle such responsibilities for service users.
