My first visit there. The portions were very good. The food was fresh. The staff went out of there way to make us feel welcome. So many places to sit and eat. Bed was comfy, breakfast excellent and also evening meal, friendly staff, room was a good size and clean & tidy. We heard the owner of the hotel had sadly passed a few days before our visit, however the staff were very professional and managed to still provide excellent service. Well done team.

All arrived separately which was not an issue as you are given keys for access. Lady behind bar ( Lara I think) where we all met up was lovely and very helpful about area and random questions. We had each a family/ double and twin rooms All amenities kettle tea coffee etc. Good working showers and fresh towels.
