Been coming here for years, atmosphere here is always good. Food comes out fairly quickly and when it’s does have not been disappointed. Only downfall due to how busy they are it’s hard to get a table at dinner time if booking the same day , you likely will need to wait until circa 8pm to get a table - I should probably be more organised and book in advance. Always a great place to go if you fancy Indian food. The service is good and the food equally, if not better. There is parking out on the street, but it is a bit of an issue around this location, but it's literally a 3-4 mins walk from Gants Hill station, providing you've taken the correct exit!

I wanted to treat a special friend to a birthday dinner. I heard many good things about the Wild Caraway and had tried to get there a couple of times without any luck (it is 150 KM from my house). We arrived a little early for the 5:00 dinner setting, this did not even phase the staff. We were seated, provided drinks, treated like we were a special guests. The food was out of this world! Visited Caraway for iftar today. First of I would like to mention that the customer service was brilliant, the waiters where efficient and polite. We got a few things:1. Ghost Biryani: was pretty good. It comes in in a small looking bowl but the portion is fine for two adults. 2. Masala Murg: I asked for spicy but it wasn't lol. It has a tomato base but was quite nice 3. Tameka Daal: surprisingly very nice.4. Keema naan: was good. 5. Peshwari naan: was great. Love these6. Virgin Mojito: I asked for extra mint but was still too citrusy for me7. Lamb chops: great taste, 4 comes in a portion. However the sizes vary; two chops were very small. Every thing cost about £49 for all of the above. Decent joint that I'll happily visit again. I don't think they are HMC so avoid if you only done at HMC restaurants. More...

Amazing food and service. One of the best Indian I would say. I have visited their other branch in Romford. Since Romford's Caraway is closed on Weekdays, I had to come back to Gantshill as I used to and still enjoyed everything from the food to the service by the friendly and polite staff.

The manager and staff were massively helpful in sorting out our booking of 15, even brought out a birthday cake for us! Food was great, really enjoyed the selection and thought it was priced well. Would recommend the Gosht Biryani.
