Project Inception
To ensure from the onset that we are on track with your project, we will carry out feasibility studies and site surveys. This enables us to give you realistic costings and allows us to develop your brief further.
Concept Design
Leading on from the brief we will work on spatial planning & furniture layouts, create 3D visuals and present you with sample finishes and mood boards. We'll then submit planning applications and asses requirements for the project under Construction(Design and Management) Regulations.
Design Development
As part of our design process we will develop detailed drawings, outline lighting & electrical layouts, create specification documents for fittings & finishes and co-ordinate with other consultants and specialist sub-contractors. We would also prepare tender information and submit plans for building regulations approval.
Construction Phase
To ensure the build side of your project runs smoothly we will prepare construction issue information, carry out on-site supervision, lead design team meetings, source fixtures, fittings and artwork.
