Jeanie came for her first visit last night with our 8 week staffy pup. From the moment she walked in the door she came across as very knowledgeable and experienced. Jeanie is an amazing person, calm, knowledgeable and full of information which is sound and just makes sense. I was looking for someone who could help me with my rescue dog from Bulgaria who let's just say had "some issues" but I wanted to train her in a way that she would eventually "choose" to do things, without me always asking. Jeanie was the perfect fit and teaches that method - she showed me that I needed to be a confident leader and how to be that person. After four weeks of implementing what Jeanie asked of us everything slotted into place, and although we won't ever be perfect - who is - we will be the best partnership we can be. I can't believe the difference in Bubbs - improvements on all levels and more and I can't thank Jeanie enough for helping us. I totally recommend Jeanie as a trainer extraordinaire and we thank our lucky stars that we found her. I'm going to post a few bits on the actual Facebook page because there's too much to explain about the changes in Bubb's behaviour in this review and also because I think Jeanie deserves to see how much she has helped us - and I hope other people will see that too. Fantastic service. Was very knowlegable indeed about neutrition when asked about diets for my old Lab who suffers from arthritus. Also, she managed to cure his agitation upon entering a car - went from continual barking throughout each journy to him falling asleep - bliss. I can not rate this lady enough. She made time for us within a day of talking over the phone about the problems we were having with our dog and if it wasn't for the her I really think we would have had to be rehoming my loving dog. She got the whole family understanding what we should be doing and with 4 children asking endless questions she did an amazing job. Can't wait to start putting things in place. That's the plan, keep it simple and let the dogs be dogs. Then you have a calm animal to enjoy life with.

I contacted Jeanie Moir to ask for help with behavior problems for a Miniature Smooth Coat Dachshunds. I found Jeanie to be friendly and professional.
She keeps phone contact and shows a genuine interest in both client and dog.
After her visit, what Jeanie had to say made so much sense! We thought it was brilliant.
There are things you do and just do not realize that it's teaching them the wrong thing. Totally worth the money. Now 3 weeks later it's like having a new dog!! We are trying so hard with the training so hopefully it will continue pay off.
I would not hesitate to recommend her as a trainer or the Bark site to people in the future.

I'm over the moon at how well Dasha has responded and it's all down to the owners implementing my advice.
What do you love most about your job?
Not only is it rewarding to help dogs to live a stress free life, I find the owners feel so much calmer and benefit greatly from my help with their dogs.
Owners with ongoing illness or disability find they are able to concentrate more on their own life and health because they are not stressing about their dog's bad behaviour. Those who have a family and/or very busy lives also gain a sense of peace from having a more relaxed dog in the house.
It is immensely satisfying to see the changes and improvements in my clients' lives, both dog and human.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was very ill myself for a number of years, both mentally and physically, and during this time I needed help with my own dogs. Within a couple of weeks I knew helping others with their dog problems was what I wanted to do and this gave me a goal to get better for. I received so much help and support whilst I was ill and wanted to give something back once my own health improved.
I therefore also provide admin support for two disabled people.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am professional but there's no airs or graces and I try to put clients at ease by being relaxed around them and their dogs. My consultations are very fluid and often led by the client asking questions which I feel enables them to take in the huge amount of information easier. Living with your dog should be fun and so should addressing their unwanted behaviours.
