Turned up on time with 2 vans and 5 workers. Fab job, they just got on with a house clearance and although we had had a good clear though ourselves out of choice previously we'd left them a lot especially the big things ie wardrobes, settee's, boxes etc so there was still so much to go and in fact both vans were packed by the time they were finished and I think it took less than 2 hours as they just got on with it.
One van was neatly packed with the items that can be either resold or donated while the other was for the items to be taken to the recycling centre.
The items heading to the recycling centre were for the most part broken down to make it easier to get it out of the house ie wardrobes. As they said these things not only don't sell even charity shops are reluctant to take them as they take up floor space and aren't popular. I did appreciate how he apologised for the sound of them being broken up as even though we're just talking about standard furniture it still belonged to someone you loved but in the end practicality meant breaking them down before taking them out was the best.
In the end they turned out to be one of the more affordable clearance companies, they did a good job and its good to know that all the good stuff will not be wasted and they will either be able to sell or donate and that means a lot.
PS. We didn't need to have any carpets lifted and we know that this was a money saver as that would have pushed the price up so be aware of that.

Absolute disgrace paid £580 to clear house and the rubbish theyve left behind is appalling.Took them a week to so call clear it,absolute joke theyve left cooker,microwave,fridge chest of draws ect and took all the good stuff to sell on top of what t they were paid

friendly staff hard working however after they had completed and gone I found damage to the loft ladder and they had missed a cupboard in the kitchen that needed emptying, lesson learnt check before they leave , however I would use them again
